We are a small breeding farm located in Stanwood, Washington
(one hour north of Seattle, one hour south of the Canadian border
and within sight of Puget Sound). We strive to produce ponies
with temperaments suitable for families and children; calm sensible
friendly ponies who also have the conformation and movement necessary
to take a rider as far as they would want to go in a show ring.
Ros Na Ri Muldoon
We are very happy to be standing Ros Na Ri Muldoon at stud
for the 2000-2001 breeding season. We are grateful to his owner,
Kathryn Roe, for the opportunity to work with such a wonderful
stallion. Muldoon is by Tre Awain Ginger Blue, out of Tyan Traveller
Joy. He has been inspected and approved as a breeding stallion
by the ACPS inspection team, and he has produced a beautiful colt,
Ros Na Ri Dunegan, out of Ros Na Ri Moira. A pure bred foal is
imminently due out of Foothills Misty River, and he successfully
settled a mare in Indiana via AI this spring.
We are enjoying his friendly, easy going personality, and
we have high hopes for him as he starts his performance career.
His outstanding movement points toward success in dressage and
combined training. Muldoon will be standing at stud at Celtic
Glen Farm for the 1999 and 2000 breeding seasons. His breedings
will be by live cover or by AI with shipped, cooled semen.
Foothills Misty River with Lynn
We are very proud of our six year old purebred mare, Foothills
Misty River, by Concord River Roaringwater Bay, out of Misty Meadows
Miss Bonnie. Wherever she goes she generates interest and compliments
whether she is driving, being ridden or shown in hand. She produced
a beautiful colt for us, and we are waiting impatiently for her
new baby by Ros Na Ri Muldoon.
