USEF Connemara Judges' Clinic

People who would like to become certified USEF/ACPS Judges should attend this clinic!!

This clinic will be organized/run by Chuck Walker, USEF Continuing Education Licensing Official. Jennifer Holman, USEF Asst. Director of Breeds & Disciplines supports this clinic but will not attend. Jan McKinney, USEF Continuing Education Coordinator will work on a written test - if one is deemed necessary by our Connemara Committee.

The Welsh Pony & Cob Society has accepted our invitation to conduct a concurrent clinic. Cecelia Dunn Hedsell, Weirsville, FL will be the Welsh Clinician. Catherine Mack will be our Connemara Clinician. Hopefully, Region III Connemara pony owners will bring LOTS of ponies as examples!! Dr. Dan Flynn should be the vet to talk about confirmation.

Following is the tentative information:
Registration 9:30
Classroom instruction 10:00-Noon
Lunch Break with sandwiches/sodas provided
Connemaras of different age groups - 1:00 (5-6 "classes" from Yrlg, 2yr. old, 3 yr. old, etc and/or broodmares)
Short classroom and final questions until 5:00

Please wait until you receive your packet from USEF before you ask questions from me!! Any USEF person that is interested in becoming a licensed Connemara judge is welcome. There will be a list of hotels and directions in your USEF packet.

Hopefully, we will have a HUGE response to the Connemara Clinic. We need to have well qualified judges from all over the country!!
