Amston, Conn: Steph Giola of Glastonbury Pony Club and a youth member of the ACPS earned her C2 Pony Club rating this weekend on the half-bred, C.K.C. Katie (Erin-Go-Bragh X TB), owned by Carolyn McEvitt. Two weekends prior to the rating, the two won their Beginner Novice division at Babcock Hill Equestrian Center. Steph hopes to take her C3 on Katie next summer. Carolyn says, “I am so proud of the two of them...they have developed into a wonderful team this year!”
|
Werl, Germany: Sabine Droege was driven to her wedding to Marcus Beck by her father, Franz Joseph Droege, in their beautiful Landau carriage, pulled by four of their Connemara ponies. Five month old Carl Luis Beck accompanied his parents in the carriage. Sabine is a well known driver as well, once talking their carriage and four Connemaras to Clifden, Ireland, to drive them in the Stallion parade.

Amsterdam, Holland: Easter van de Leliaard went to their second One Day Event on October 14 and were placed 3rd of 27 competitors!! Easter is by Brimstone van Graaf Janshof out of Easter Daisy (by Ard Abalone). |
And good news from the webmaster of the ACPS. She has been receiving many notes such as these: "Thank you!!!!!!! The website generated more interest in these two than my other ads!! The article in Young Rider magazine was the clincher for my buyer, it sent her to the site to look for a Connemara!" "First THANK YOU for putting Lily on your web site. She found a new home right away."
Ads can now be purchased with paypal, making the process very easy…and effective!! |
